This warranty does NOT cover return shipping, freight, or duties. GILSSON reserves the sole right to repair, refund, or substitute returns with a comparable product. GILSSON and its Service Providers are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

Gilsson Technologies' products are covered by a Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty is extended by GILSSON TECHNOLOGIES to the original purchaser of the Gilsson Product and is not transferrable.

GILSSON warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as follows:

1) Gilsson Cables are warranted for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase.

2) Gilsson BNC, SMB, FME, R-1, R-2 Antennas, Neoprene Cases, Datacards and Mounting Brackets are warranted for SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of original purchase.

3) Gilsson MCX Antennas are warranted for THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of original purchase due to the delicate nature of the MCX connector components.

If the Product becomes defective during its warranty period, GILSSON will, at its option repair or replace the product with a new or comparable product. This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, unusual conditions, or use with devices not included in our product compatibility list.

This Warranty shall be void in the event of improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper service or repair by other than GILSSON Service Providers, and improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.


Under NO circumstances does Gilsson release customers' personal information to any third party.

Any and all problems relating to the order must be reported to GILSSON within three (3) days of receipt.

Returns are not permissible except the following conditions: proven defective product, warranty return and order/shipping error. Returns for other than the reasons listed above are subject to a case by case review. If product is not defective, customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs.

An approved return may be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking charge as well as any irreversible charges incurred. All returns must be in original packaging, in new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

International customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound freight charges, customs and duties on returns.

All returns must include a RMA # on the packaging and shipped freight pre-paid.

Non-Refundable Items
Opened Software, Videos, Manuals, OEM Manufactured items and Specially Ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
