No confirmation email after ordering, did my order reach you?

A good indication that your order was successful is an email from Shopify the payment processor. Also, receiving an order number after your checkout means the payment was successful and the order went through. It is best to save your order number as reference point, and for your records.

I see two charges on my credit/bank statement, did I get charged twice?

That might depend on the financial institution that issued your credit card. Some will place a temporary hold plus the actual charge. Since you're viewing your statement online, the double charge issue is normally resolved in less than twenty-four hours.

Can I cancel An order I just Placed?

Verify everything is to your liking before placing an order, as cancelation is not an option, since most of our products are made upon demand. You can refer to our Return/exchange Policy Page for further clarifications.

Emails to customer service is usually answered within 24 to 48 hours. During the holiday shopping season, response might be slightly delayed. Please include your order number, if the email is about an order you placed.
