Please note: No refunds or exchanges, on custom made products unless it is a mistake on our part or "defective". We send "proofs" for your approval on all personalized products, so be sure to scrutinize the design before giving the go ahead sign.

All claims for misprinted/defective/damaged or refunds/returns/exchanges need to be presented to us within 30 days of receipt of order.
